Terms and conditions

1. The “referrer” is considered to be the customer already in occupation of a Workspace Group (WSG) unit who is offering the contact details of a new prospective customer.
2. The “referee” is considered the new prospective customer who has been referred.
3. “referral” the act of a referrer putting forward the contact details of the referee and referrer to The Customer Reward Scheme.
4. Customer reward. Currently this is £250 rental credit, £250 John Lewis vouchure, £250 travel vouchure, or a case of wine to the value of £250.

Conditions

1. The commencement of The Customer Reward Scheme is the 20th August 2006. Only new referrals recorded by WSG on or after this date will be eligable for The Customer Reward Scheme.
2. The referee must state that they wish to be considered for The Customer Reward Scheme and give the referrers details at the initial time of enquiring about a property in order for both the referee and the referrer to be eligible to receive the customer reward.
3. The referee must state the preferred reward for both themselves and the referrer at the time of initial enquiry.
4. The referee’s name, company name or otherwise must not be known to WSG in order for the both the referrer and the referee to be accepted on The Customer Reward Scheme.
5. The referee must take occupation within 4 months of first enquiring about a property in order for both the referee and the referrer to be eligible to receive the customer reward
6. The referee must remain a WSG customer for more than 3 months in order for both the referrer and the referee to be eligible to receive the customer reward.
7. Both the referrer and the referee must be WSG customers at point of receiving the customer reward.
8. Both the referrer and the referee must not have rental arrears to receive the customer reward.
9. Both the referrer and the referee must have complied with and be continuing to comply with all terms and conditions of their agreement in order to receive the customer reward.
10. There is no limit to the number of referrals a current WSG customer can make.
11. WSG reserves the right to suspend or close The Customer Reward Scheme at any time without notice. At which time, those referrers and referees already accepted on The Customer Reward Scheme may continue, however, no new referrals will be accepted.
12. The Customer Reward Scheme is not applicable on car parking spaces, storage spaces or any other type of space under 100 sq ft.
13. WSG reserved the right to change the reward offered at any time without notice. Those already accepted on The Customer Reward Scheme will be honoured with the reward quoted at time of initial enquiry in the case of the rental credit having been selected.  In the case of a crate of wine having been selected, if your selection is not available you will be sent an alternative selection to the value, if not more, than your original choice.
14. The rental credit is £250 plus VAT. The rental credit is not transferable nor is it redeemable for cash. It will be paid directly into your account. No cheques will be issued.
15. Workspace Group PLC does not accept any responsibility for goods rewarded to either the referrer or the referee once they have been accepted by them. Any queries or complaints regards the products should be directed to the manufacturer or supplier. Any action taken is at the manufacturer or suppliers discretion.
16. The case of wine is delivered by Clarion Wines Ltd. Delivery is within 3 days of the order being placed and is available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm within a 3 hour window.
17. In cases where referral payments have been made, Workspace Group may use referer and referee's details to promote the Customer Reward Scheme to the Workspace Group tenant community.
18. All applicants for the customer reward scheme must be registered on TradeLink, Workspace Group's customer community. Registration is free and takes minutes - once complete registered businesses can communicate and trade with Workspace Group's 4,000+ strong, small business community.
