Tasting Note:
2003 was a very hot summer in Burgundy and in this is reflected in the generous, ripe, juicy style of this Puligny Montrachet. Lovely aromas of ripe apricot fruit, with masses of honeyed fruit following on the palate and gentle finishing acidity providing balance.
Red - Châteauneuf du Pape Rouge 2000, Domaine Font de Michelle

Drink with: great with beef, venison, lamb, and plenty of other robust savoury dishes
Tasting Note:
Deep ruby colour with ripe, almost savoury aromas. Stunning rich dark fruits follow - notes of juicy blackcurrants and ripe dark cherries. Velvet-textured, and the finish goes on and on. Fabulous.
