Take No Notice Campaign

You may have seen our Take No Notice posters up in our centres. Did you know if you move within the Workspace Group portfolio we will waive your normal 3 month notice period?  So you can expand, contract or re-locate your business very quickly and we've 100 properties to choose from.  Please see below for terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Workspace Group PLC reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
2. Reduction of tenant notice period is subject to Workspace Group PLC's discretion.
3. Only applicable on current agreements with a tenant 3 month rolling break.
4  Rolling tenant break clauses in new agreements can only be served after 3 months
5. No break penalties in existing agreements are waived.
6. Not to be used in conjunction with other promotions including 'Start Up Here' or 'Seasonal 50'.
7. Tenants must serve  notice to vacate in writing to a Centre Manager in the usual manner.
8. Start date for the new agreement(s) can be agreed once dilapidations on units which are being vacated are satisfied with the Centre Manager.
