How are service charge costs allocated?
Your lease will be the definitive guide. In general, however, costs are allocated on a fair proportion basis, based on floorspace.
If I want to improve or add to my unit, what do I have to do?
Please write to us giving full details of the proposal. We may require you to return the unit to its original condition when you leave.
What happens when my lease comes to an end?
Until or unless we serve on you a legal notice concerning the renewal, it will automatically continue at the same rent, and you need take no action. A solicitor can advise you on the procedures involved.
What if I want to change units during my tenancy?
Subject to availability, we may allow you to take a larger unit immediately. If you wish to downsize, we will consider the request in the light of prevailing market conditions.
What if I want to share my unit with another company or individual?
Your lease will be the definite guide. In general, however, sharing of space is not permitted.
