Privacy Policy

Email requests sent to Workspace Group are as secure and private as any other email you send. We do not collect your email address and request in a database, nor do we prepare email lists to contact you in future. We treat each request as a one-off email request.

The only other information we collect from you is your use of the site. Using the Site's web server log files, we use IP addresses to analyse trends, track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser and operating system you are using, your IP address etc.

Additionally we use Cookies to assist your movement around the Workspace Group site.

Cookies are used on these parts of the site:

- Find Space - the property search

We use Cookies so that the site can "remember" your search criteria, and whether you last used the Simple or Advanced Search

- Find Space - the Wish List

We use Cookies to "remember" which properties you have in your Wish List. You are always free to disable cookies in your browser settings, but in this case the Wish List will no longer work

The Cookies expire two hours after you have finished using the site. The lifespan of the "remembered" information is long enough to help you around the site in one sitting, but when you return to the site you will notice that you will have to start again (if there has been a two hour delay). 

The cookie itself contains no personally identifiable information but it does pass variables from page to page on the site including search type (simple or advanced), search criteria, and properties on your Wish List.
