The Company invests in properties and these investments are risky and illiquid and might be difficult to realise, particularly within a short time-frame. Due to the fact all of the properties of the Company and its subsidiaries are located in the UK, with the majority of the properties being located in the London region within the M25, the Company is exposed to any downturn in either the economy of the United Kingdom of specifically the economy of London.
