Our terms are flexible as our lease is short, in most instances only three months long (80% of our customers have a three month break clause), which means you only need to give us three months notice if you need to move.

Affordable
Because we own large properties, in accessible and prime locations in London and create small business space within these properties (over 70% of our units are less than 1,000 sq ft), we can offer small businesses an affordable space which otherwise they may not be able to access.

Workspace to let throughout London
We own and manage over 100 business centres in London (98% within the M25), offering serviced offices , office , studios, workshops and light industrial and storage space. So the chances are, if you are looking for small business space in London, we’ll have it.

Our average rent is approximately £200 per week, so what could that get you? Here are three examples, they do not reflect current availability.
