Excell IT Support is just as much about avoiding problems before they happen as solving problems quickly and effectively when they actually do happen. So if you’re struggling to understand why you’re not connected to the Internet, why that software upgrade didn’t install properly or any other issues – it’s good to know that our dedicated helpdesk is on hand to understand, diagnose and fix your problems whenever you need us. As a new customer we’ll give you a dedicated IT Manager in your first month to get you off to a flying start.
If it’s an emergency for your company then it’s an emergency for us. We believe in that no problem is too big or small. It could be that just a quick phone call could save the day. We can also remotely access your computers for quick fixes. Or, we’ll happily send out a computer whiz (not nerds – honest) to your office for emergency help.
