Going Out

Pubs are ample around the South Lambeth area and generally offer traditional environments with a healthy range of beers on tap. The Duchess (101 Battersea, Park Road, South Lambeth, SW8 4DS) offers real ale along with both a back garden and a roof terrace. Bars are not as extensive as in other areas, but you’ll still find some hotspots that offer a great atmosphere with a good cocktail list. Nightclub-wise, check out Club Supreme (65 Goding Street, Lambeth, London, SE11 5AW). It hosts urban nights for a young professional clientele on its massive sound system, and also plays home to Smile, one of the UK’s largest trance parties.
