Workspace Group plc has over 100 properties totalling in excess of 5.5 million sq ft located throughout London and the South East.  The portfolio is a mix of industrial estates and multi-let business centres, offering a wide range of small unit accommodation available on flexible terms.

The Group aims to meet the space requirements of small businesses in London and the South East and the success of our business model has created substantial value, which has been used to buy more properties.  This has increased the range of units on offer and tenant diversity, whilst providing economies of scale in terms of management and marketing.  The result is a substantial and diverse portfolio, able to meet the needs of London and the South East’s dynamic small business community.

The Group has the capacity to invest at least £60 million in new properties every year.
